Giulio Pasi is Scientific Officer at the European Commission, where he works on social innovation, new financial engineering and the relationships between public policy and new markets or industries, as well as the social and institutional consequences of the digital transformation. During his career he achieved extensive expertise also on policy evaluation, regulatory impact assessment techniques, strategic foresight and future studies. Graduated in law, Giulio holds a Ph.D. in Economics and Social Sciences (Institute for Advanced Study of Pavia). His main interests are at the crossroads of finance, technology and society. He has published in several peer-reviewed journals and is regularly invited as a speaker at different events across Europe.
