The session drew on practitioners' insights and data from GO Lab's Impact Bond Dataset to explore how social outcomes contracts (SOCs) are being adopted and adapted across European Union Member States to address a wide range of social problems. In discussion with our guest panellists from different European countries and EU institutions, we looked at the drivers, opportunities, and challenges around developing SOCs in their respective contexts. The floor was open to the audience throughout for questions and comments.
