Liam is the Commercial Director of Public Digital, a global digital transformation consultancy that was founded by the team who built and scaled the UK’s Government Digital Service (GDS). He works with governments, public bodies, and public purpose organisations globally to change their ways of working and how public services are delivered, applying lessons from digital transformation to social outcomes contexts. Before joining Public Digital, Liam spent 10 years working in business development across public sector outsourcing, leading on major programmes in healthcare, education, welfare-to-work and criminal justice. He first became interested in relational contracting when exploring how governments can achieve better social outcomes through their supply chains.
He is also a trustee of Reset, the national charity formed in 2018 to grow the UK's community sponsorship movement to support local community groups to welcome, settle and integrate refugees.
Liam holds degrees from Warwick and Sheffield universities, and an MBA from Warwick Business School.
