Anders Bach-Mortensen is a senior postdoctoral researcher at the Government Outcomes Lab and a Carlsberg Fellow and associate professor of social care and policy at Roskilde University, Denmark.
Anders’ research focuses on the outsourcing and marketisation of social care for both adults and children, and he specialises in improving the documentation of this development. His work is regularly cited in policy documents, and he is frequently used as an expert advisor on social care data and analysis.
Anders also provides methodological expertise on systematic reviews investigating a range of topics.
Currently, he is co-leading a Nuffield Foundation funded project aimed at evaluating the evidence on social care outsourcing in England. You can learn more about the project on the Nuffield Foundation website.
